Daria DZHABASOVA (1991, RU) has a bachelor’s degree as a teacher of modern and contemporary dance (graduated from Pedagogical Institute in 2018). Now she is working as independent teacher, artist and choreographer. From 2019 she has been working in collaboration with Roman AIDOV. This duet piece is their first joint creative project. Roman AIDOV is independent teacher, contemporary dance artist and choreographer too. Together they explore physical dance, searching in flow-acrobatics methods, working with dramatic composition of dance performances. They choreographed many pieces, projects and performances and video works. They are interested in exchanging of experience and interacting with dance artists throughout the world.

Roman AIDOV (1992, RU) is independent teacher, contemporary dance artist and choreographer. From 2019 she has been working in collaboration with Daria DZHABASOVA. This duet piece is their first joint creative project. Together they explore physical dance, searching in flow-acrobatics methods, working with dramatic composition of dance performances. They choreographed many pieces, projects and performances and video works. They are interested in exchanging of experience and interacting with dance artists throughout the world.

Lotta SANDBORGH
Lotta SANDBORGH: Little Miss Know-it-all

Lotta SANDBORGH (1996, SWE) comes from Sweden and is currently based in Berlin. She studied at Iwanson school of Contemporary dance. After graduating in 2018 she has been freelancing as a dancer, teacher and choreographer. So far she has had the pleasure of working with independent choreographers and companies such as Cia. Nadine Gerspacher, Dagada Dance Company, Gervasi Dance company, Cristina D’Alberto, Lea Anderson, Livia Rita, Johannes Härtl, Animi Motus, Salzburger Festspiele and Bayerische Staatsoper. Lotta has also shown her own work on stages and festivals such as Florence Dance Festival, Skånes Dansteater, HAUT Åben Dans Roskilde, Tanz Zentrale Fürth, Hier ist Jetzt and UWE festival.

Natalie COX (2000,USA) is currently studying at Copenhagen Contemporary Dance School. While attending, she has been afforded the opportunity to work with Jens Schyth Brøndum, Toula Limnaios, Mauro Astolfi, and Gustavo Ramirez. While studying in the US, she performed works by Yin Yue, Sidra Bell, and Danielle Agami.

RÁPOLTHY Eszter (2000,H) jelenleg a Copenhagen Contemporary Dance School növendéke, illetve projektmunkákban vesz részt. Iskolán keresztül dolgozott együtt Jens Schyth Brondum, Toby Fitzgibbons, Sebastian Kloborg, Stephen Delattre-val. Számos nemzetközi kurzuson vett részt és tanulhatott Joy Ritter-től, Hofesh Shechter-től és Adi Salant-tól. Ez a duó az első önálló alkotása.

Adrian RADWAŃSKI (1995, PL) Dancer, choreographer, educator, Pilates teacher. A graduate of the Ballet School of Olga Sławska-Lipczyńska in Poznań, as well as the Ballet Pedagogy of the Fryderyk Chopin University of Music in Warsaw. His path as an artist-dancer is connected with the institutions of the Polish Dance Theater and Tanztheater Braunschweig (Germany). Radwański is a lecturer at the Academy of Physical Education in Poznań and the Fryderyk Chopin University of Music in Warsaw. Since October 2020, he has been running the Pendulum Pilates and Dance Center. Wo/&Man is his very personal and emotional piece.

Danae & Dionysios

Danae and Dionysios are two artists from Greece. They have been collaborating since 2015 and so far they have created three productions, UNCIA, ATMA and Free At Last : Rerooted, while an umbrella of activities for outdoors spaces called “Pilgrims”, is currently in creation process. Individually, they have worked for companies such as Akram Khan Company, ZfinMalta Ensemble, Hellenic Dance Company and more.

Danae DIMITRIADI (1994, GR) is a graduate of the State School of Dance in Athens, Greece. During her studies she danced repertoires of Akram Khan, Anton Lachky and Martha Graham, while after her graduation she collaborated with Hellenic Dance Company with which she performed in theatres such as the New York City Hall, the Odeon Herodus Atticus, the Athens Concert Hall and more. In 2017, she join ZfinMalta Ensemble under the direction of Mavin Khoo. There, she collaborated with choreographers such as Jose Agudo, Ivan Perez, Athanasia Kanellopoulou, Christofer Tandy and Nico Monaco amongst others. Since 2016, Danae has been working with Dionysios Alamanos and together they have been creating choreographies for their own company which have been touring in Europe, Asia and Central America, while they also choreograph for other theatres, undergraduate and postgraduate programs.

Dionysios ALAMANOS (1989, GR) is a graduate of the State School of Dance in Athens, Greece. During his studies he danced repertoires of Akram Khan, Anton Lachky and Martha Graham and worked as a rehearsal director for Anton Lachky. After his graduation he collaborated with Hellenic Dance Company with which the Odeon Herodus Atticus, the Athens Concert Hall and more. In 2015, he joined Cocoon Dance Company for two productions. Later on, he worked for Akram Khan Company and “Chotto Desh”, with which he toured around the world for 3 years. Since 2016, Dionysios has been working with Danae Dimitriadi and together they have been creating choreographies for their own company which have been touring in Europe, Asia and Central America. They also choreograph for other theatres, undergraduate and postgraduate programs.

TISZAI Flóra (2003, H) vagyok, a Madách Tánc- és Színművészeti Szakgimnázium végzős tanulója. 12 évig show táncoltam a Spicc and Flex Táncegyüttesnél. Számos kortárs táncművésztől tanultam, többek között Földi Bélától, Raza Hammaditól, Little Nórától, Hován Marcelltől és Nagy Anikótól. Jelenleg külföldi kortárs tánc egyetemek felvételiére készülök. Szeretném a kortárs szakma minden ágát közelről megtapasztalni és megismerni, arra törekszem, hogy minél több tudás felé nyissak és azt magamba szívjam.

Nóra NÍ ANLUAIN FAY (2001, IRL) is a contemporary dance and choreography student at Fontys University Tilburg, (NL). She has worked professionally with many choreographers such as Oona Doherty, Liz Roche, John Scott, Agostina D’alessandro and Keren Rosenberg performing throughout Europe. She is now venturing into creating her own work.

Pieke MAESSEN (2002, NL) is a contemporary dance student at Fontys University Tilburg (NL). He has worked with choreographers such as Keren Rosenberg, Agostina D’alessandro, Andrea Beuger and Remy Tilburg performing in the Netherlands. He is now focusing on finding his own way of approaching dance, and diving into the Gaga Movement Language.

Sorcha MURPHY (2000, IRL) is a student at Fontys Dance Academy, Tilburg and is a modern and classical dancer. She has worked with choreographers such as Keren Rosenburg, Liz Roche, Agostina D’alessandro and 100Hands.

Jason MARTIN: study nO.1 – A Plea for Impermanence excerpt

Jason MARTIN (1987, CA) is a dancer, actor, teacher and choreographer who graduated from the École de Danse Contemporaine de Montréal in 2012. He has performed with Canadian companies such as Compagnie Marie Chouinard, Compagnie Dave St-Pierre and The Holy Body Tattoo. In 2016, he founded his company ENTITEY/jason martin creating works focused on the interdependence and resilience of the human condition. Since, his work has been presented in Canada, Germany, Bulgaria, Mexico and Israel. His new creation Plaidoyer pour l’Impermanence premiered at the Festival From Jaffa to Agripas in Jerusalem in October 2021.

NORAS Ewa (1996, PL) studied Dance in Physical Culture at Poznań University of Physical Education.

BULDER Stanislaw (1997, PL) studied Contemporary Dance at Florence Opus Ballet School and also graduated from Warsaw National Academy of Dramatic Art. Ewa and Stanislaw work together since 2017. They took part in movie project created for Machol Shalem Dance House. As dancers they are working with choreographers such as Anna Piotrowska (Rozbark Dance Theatre), Elwira Piorun (Zawirowania Dance Theatre), Ido Tadmor, Didier Theron. Finalist of Warsaw Choreography contest.

PAPP Zsuzsa (2003,H) a Nyíregyházi Művészeti Szakgimnázium 4.évfolyamos tanulója vagyok, kortárs-modern tánc tagozaton. Az iskolában ismerkedtem meg a kortárs műfajjal, előtte hiphop-ot tanultam 6 évig. Tavaly részt vettem a IX.Országos Klasszikus Balett és Modern-Kortárs Táncversenyen. Ez lesz az első nemzetközi táncverseny ,ahol ebben a műfajban mutatkozok meg. Szakmai tapasztalatot szeretnék gyűjteni és gazdagodni a zsűri kritikájával ,hogy az alapján is fejlődhessek.

Dana NAIM HAFOUTA (1990, IL) is an Israeli dancer, emerging choreographer and dance teacher. Her pieces performed in numerous festivals in Israel: MASH (Machol Sahlem Dance House) International showcase; ‘From Jaffa To Agripas’; ‘Intimadance’; and many more. Her piece ‘Measure Me’ performed in 4bid gallery Amsterdam and is invited to Highways center, LA California during 2022. Dana grew up and was professionally trained in Jerusalem. In her pieces, Dana deals with the tension that exists between the inner world, personal state of mind and the outer world. Dana acquired her professional training at the Jerusalem Academy of music and dance, at the B.A and the M.A program, of dance and choreography. As a professional dancer, Dana worked with JDT company, based in Jerusalem, where she worked with both Israeli and world wide choreographers, such as: Liat Waysbort (NL); Eyal Dadon (IL), Francesca Harper (NY), and others. As a freelance dance artist, Dana is currently working with the choreographer Annabelle Dvir, and has worked with the choreographers Sahar Azimi, Maya Brinner, Sharon Kashi, and Shekatek dance group.

Bar BISKER (1993, IL) is an Israeli dancer. Bar danced with Nadine Bommer at Animato dance company between 2013-2015, during that time she toured with company in worldwide festivals. Between 2016-2021 Bar danced with various choreographers such as; Nimrod Freed, Tzipi Nir, and Einav Fisher. Bar graduated from in honors in the BA program at the Jerusalem Academy of Music and dance, and continues to train her improvisation technique with Shlomit Fundaminsky.

Hilla REGEV (1999, IL) is an Israeli dancer, who graduate from the Ga’aton KCDC Dance company training program in 2019. Hilla received the title ‘Excellent Dancer’ during her service in IDF. During 2019-2021 Hilla danced with Fresco dance company, IL. She is currently working with the choreographers Lotam Regev and Dana Naim Hafouta.

MUKUS Benjamin (2002, H) 2002.12.06.-án születtem Szolnokon. A Nyíregyházi Művészeti Szakgimnázium tánc tagozatának kortárs modern táncos növendéke vagyok. 13 éve táncolok több fajta táncműfajban mint a nép-, klasszikus balett, társas és kortárs modern tánc. Motivációm a családom akik mind sikeres életet élnek mint (pl: énekes,politikus…) és én is a lehető legnagyobbra akarok törni amennyire csak tudok.

Zoi EFSTATHIOU (1989, GR) is a dancer and choreographer. After studying at the Professional Dance School Kontaksaki – Bakali in Athens (’07 – ‘10), she has worked with Anne Teresa De Keersmaeker as a repertory dancer in Belgium, where she performed with Michèle Noiret and choreographer Dominique Duszynski. Meanwhile, she created and performed Mr Gingerbread Man (‘12/’18), 9 NiNe (‘14), Chapter I (‘15), (-)US (‘19) in Belgium, Greece and Austria.

Sofia MARTIOU (1995, GR) Studied and graduated from the State School of Dance, Athens (KSOT). She created and danced with Zoe Efstathiou the piece “We find each other in the plenum”. She created with the director Andrew Jame Anetopoulos, the video dance Beyond Parallel, which was selected by ORK _ KOTA _ PLATFORM among the 25 best videos which were shown at the festival. She danced with Daphne Antoniadou the piece “Matter” choreographed by Daphne Antoniadou.

Alesya DOBYSH
Alesya DOBYSH: Stop Making Sense

Alesya DOBYSH (1989, NL) Born and raised in Russia and now based in The Netherlands, Alesya Dobysh is a professional dancer, choreographer and educator with more than 15 years experience. During the time she mastered House Dance, UK Jazz Fusion and other urban related techniques, studied fundamentals of contemporary dance, actively participated in a “battle” scene and took prizes of international dance festivals such as Juste Debout (France) and Summer Dance Forever (The Netherlands). After moving to The Netherlands in 2017 Alesya continued developing her movement research by deconstructing footwork oriented techniques and her «urban» dance background into an abstract language, with which she expand her practice into the theatre, collaborating with choreographers from «Dansateliers» and «Korzo» productions from Netherlands, «Black Sheep» company from France and etc. Her interest in choreography brought her into creation of the first solo work “Stop Making Sense”, after which she received support for further development by “Corpo Maquina Society” with artistic direction by Guilherme Miotto.

Rachelle SCOTT

Rachelle SCOTT (1990, F) is French/American and grew up in New York City. She received her dance training from The Alvin Ailey School and Fiorello H. LaGuardia High School of Music & Art and the Performing Arts. At the end of her high school studies, she received the YoungARTS/New York Regional Award in Dance and the Eiger Scholarship Award. Rachelle then went to attend The Juilliard School, where she received a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Dance. After graduating from University, Rachelle became a member of the Cedar Lake Contemporary Ballet in New York City, a soloist dancer with Nürnberg Ballett Staatstheater in Germany, and is a current member of Basel Theater in Switzerland. Throughout her dance career, she has danced works by Hofesh Shechter, Sharon Eyal, Alexander Ekman, Ohad Naharin, Cyrstal Pite, Sidi Larbi, Andonis Foniadakis, Jiří Kylián, among others. Rachelle is a recipient of the Princess Grace Award and Bavarian Arts Prize.
Dayne FLORENCE (1994, AUS) is Australian, and was born and the city of Sydney. He began his dance education with the Mcdonald College of Performing Arts, and furthered his training with the Ballettschule Theater Basel. Whilst studying in Basel, he had his first professional experience as an apprentice with the Ballet du Rhin in Mulhouse, France. Once he completed his education in Basel, Dayne became a member of the NRW Junior Ballett Dortmund under the directorship of Xin Peng Wang, a soloist artist with Ballet Nürnberg with Goyo Montero, and is now a member of Ballet Basel. Over the years, Dayne has performed works by Jacopo Godani, Marco Geocke, Itzik Galili, Heinz Spoerli, Goyo Montero, Xin Peng Wang, among other choreographers.
